Weed illegal, but alcohol legal. They don’t care what you put in your body. As long as they get a cut. Weed is illegal because you can grow it yourself, and it can replace alot of prescription pills. Money the root to all goverments. What has the goverment done for you lately?

Bottom line it would free up 100′s of millions of dollars in drug enforcement, you can tax it like you tax cigarettes or tax folks if they want to become personal growers. You can also make it like alchohol. 21 And Over. And if they are underage you can fine their asses(More Revenue) and make em pull community service.
Just think of all the people that would start smoking weed if it wouldn’t get them sent to jail………..
