First… You should address the situation at hand before you expect us (the consumer) to move on to the next issue.
Second… I assure you that until you do, you will not sell 3 copies of your album. Sure R. Kelly was able to move on but he has a career spanning 3 decades unlike you. And he was making ADULT music and adults are quicker to forgive because we have done our share of wrong. You make music for the kids.
Lastly, make sure you are alone or have a good cosigner like Jay-Z, Puff, Rev Run etc. someone with power to co-sign. Not a no name person with no power.
