Beanie keeps talking about when he got locked up and Jay didn’t vouch for him. Jay-Z is not Beanie’s father AND Beanie is not a child. That’s why sisters in the community have lost so much respect for these artists. It’s not a manly thing to buy things one cannot afford and owe like crazy. It’s not manly to get locked up and have to ask another man to vouch for your whereabouts in a court of law. It’s not a manly thing to not handle your income and keep track of your records without an accountant. Jay Z is from the street and had to learn. They have FREE classes on how to handle one’s money through the SBA and in various places in every major city especially in NYC. Jay Z, I’m sure, grew the hell up and just got tired of all his old associates and friends asking for him to vouch for them. Jay Z had to learn how to separate himself from associates that constantly get in trouble with the law which many brothers. Jay Z is a shrewd businessman and is affiliated with powerful people. He cannot afford to keep associating with people that he has to vouch for in court.
It’s not about wanting hand-outs, it’s about looking out for your man, IF you say that is your man. And on top of that Jay wouldn’t even let him out of his contract to go get money.
Some people are go-getters and some people don’t know how to get it or keep it.
This dude was comparing Fifty to Jay and where the comparison is, is that they have/had people in the click taking/wanting hand-outs instead of go getting it themselves. “Once I let you in, you want me to serve you too?” F*CK THAT SH*T!!
