First…look at NBC’s Black History Month lunch menu. And then…

This is EbenGregory.com…telling you that NBC’s Black History Month lunch menu = fail.
We have to stop acting like we eat French food or something! Greens came from Africa and many across the diaspora eat some version of greens. Nothing to be ashamed of or insulted by. Fatback, chitlins, and other pig extremities would be more accurate but also even more offensive. What are your ideas of an alternate menu for Black History Month?
Making me hungry don’t make a mountain out of a ant hill.. Racist? ima hold that card for something else.

that menu is everywhere…first the fried chicken is everyday thing…the rest usually is the black cooking staffs idea…sucks but true
