First…know that seven years and five months after the U.S.-led invasion, the last American combat brigade has left Iraq, well ahead of President Barack Obama’s Aug. 31 deadline for ending U.S. combat operations there. And then…

EbenGregory was like…there still 50,000 troops there in a “non-combat” role.

This is EbenGregory.com…hoping that we can get our troops out of Iraq and keep them from going into Iran.

    i never thought that everyone would leave anyway but i am glad that combat troops are home. i have a friend thats in afghan right now. i hope and pray he and his brigade come home safely and in one piece

    there is always more support troops than combat troops in the american military and they take longer to move or replace due to material and training level
