It took nearly two decades, but the guilt of murder finally became too much for Trevell Coleman. Wednesday night, after years of living with the burden, Coleman, 36, walked into the 25th Precinct and shockingly confessed to the very cold case, the sources said. Coleman, who grew up in the projects, told cops he was riding a bike when he rolled up on Henkel, 32, on Park Avenue and East 114th Street and announced a robbery. Coleman told Detective William Dunn that Henkel resisted and grabbed his .40-caliber gun. He allegedly admitted that he pulled away and shot his victim three times in the chest.

Im idiot because I pray for those that need prayer, wow, I didn’t know God only wanted us to pray for certain people, excuse me for thinking God wanted us to pray for all those that need it. Just because he committed a murder dosent mean God will throw him aside so what gives me or you the right to do so. He fucked up just like anyone else so like I said Im going to pray for him period. All sin is sin it says it in the Bible, there is degrees of sin. I could give damn who agrees with me or not especially people on a blog that I will never see. Now if your the type thats looking for acceptance from people online I’ll pray for you too because you obviously lack confidence in where you stand in this world period. Also who doesnt know theres no statute of limitations on murde and Im the idiot but Im just saying.
He does need our prayers, and not our judgement. He feels remorse for his crime, and is trying to make it right. We can not bring the victim of his crimes back to life, but we can commend and respect him for maning up and taking responsibility for his wrong doings!
