$100M Beyonce Video Game Breach Of Contract Lawsuit Rolls On
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Charles Ramos rejected Beyonce’s request to toss the $100 million breach of contract lawsuit filed by Gate Five LLC video game company.

Reports Hollywood Heavy:
Ramos ruled that Gate Five could continue on with their suit, which claims that Bey “double crossed” the company after she abandoned their dance video game project.
Gate Five filed the suit in April, which accused Beyonce of a “bad faith breach of contract so callous that, on what appeared to be a whim, she destroyed Gate Five’s business and drove 70 people into unemployment, the week before Christmas [2010\].”
Gate Five claims that Beyonce’s actions caused the firm financing the game to back out of the project. However, Beyonce’s lawyers claim that she had every right to walk because Gate Five had not secured financing for the project by a mid-November 2010 deadline.
