Online Sportsbook giant BetOnline.com called out rapper Birdman, taking him up on his $5 million Super Bowl bet on the New England Patriots.

Through Twitter, BetOnline.com tried to get their offer to the Big Tymer, then issued a formal release that has circulated on the web.

“If Birdman is prepared to put his money where his mouth is, we are prepared to accept his $5 million wager on either the point spread or the money line of Super Bowl XLVI”, said Sportsbook Brand Manager Dave Mason of BetOnline.com.

The terms for the bet are as follows: Should Birdman bet on the Patriots point spread at -3.5 (-110), he will put down $5 million to win $4,545,454. If Birdman places a bet on the Pats straight up the money line at -160, he will lay $5 million to win $3,125,000. Either way, Birdman will have to forfeit some G’s in accordance with the gaming laws in Panama City, Panama, where BetOnline.com operates.

According to BetOnline.com, the company is ready to face-off against Birdman’s wager.

“If Birdman is prepared to put his money where his mouth is, we are prepared to accept his $5 million wager on either the point spread or the money line of Super Bowl XLVI,” said Dave Mason, BetOnline brand manager, in a statement. “Birdman simply needs to go to BetOnline and register online. Then, he can email me directly and I will provide him wire instructions in order to get his $5 million in post-up funds sent in a timely manner so we can proceed with the bet. Once Birdman’s bet is in, we will release a snapshot of the bet in his BetOnline.com account, and Birdman will finally have proof that he is the sports bettor who he boasts of being.”

Westmoreland alleges she had the opportunity to give a business presentation to the Williams brothers and instead was “exposed to illegal drugs and explicit sexual activity” prior to the incident.

Westmoreland identified Alfred Cleveland, a Cash Money employee, as her attacker. She recalled the events in court: “I was followed into the restroom, where he bit me on the cheek. I tried to pull his hands down, but he turned me around and pulled my jeans down.”

Westmoreland maintains Birdman wasn’t at the studio when the attack happened, but believes he had to have known it was going to happen. She is seeking an undisclosed amount of damages.

According to Mannie, his problems with Cash Money still rest over unpaid dues.

“We still have money issues. We will always have them, as long as Cash Money is selling anything that has Mannie Fresh on it. ‘Til this day, I’m like, “Dude, what’s going on? Where are the statements for this?” There’s always some kind of complication, that’s all I can say,” Fresh said in an interview. “Everybody has to get paid. It would be something large if Cash Money did a tour with the first generation of artists, but with everything that’s happened, we need money upfront and on top of that we all need our own attorneys. You don’t get my money and pay me-I get my money directly.”

In November, he blamed Cash Money for botching a potential longstanding relationship with Def Jam.

“I got this deal with Def Jam through Jay-Z,” Fresh said during the Red Bull Music Academy 2011 in Madrid. “Jay-Z reached out, he was like, ‘I’ll do a deal with you. You come to Def Jam and you do your thing. And I’m over there and I talk to Lil Wayne.
