Shaunie O’Neal had a belated birthday celebration in Miami over the past weekend, and an eye witness at the gathering claims there was a crazy confrontation between Jennifer Williams and her (former?) BFF Evelyn Lozada!

According to the witness, as Shaunie was celebrating her birthday at Philippe Chow, guests Evelyn and Jen got into an intense verbal argument, which ended with Evelyn allegedly hitting Jennifer on the top of the head with a clutch purse! After more harsh words, the two were separated. We’re told VH1′s cameras were rolling and the entire incident was caught on tape.

On December 10th Shaunie and Tami Roman, who is also a cast member, tweeted to each other about the party being “interesting and epic.”

Viewers of the show have watched Eve and Jen’s close friendship slowly fall apart, namely due to the fact that Jennifer went public with some not so nice comments about Evelyn’s fiance Chad Ochocinco. Jennifer and Evelyn also no longer follow each other on Twitter.

If you love drama, then you are going to love when the season debuts in February 2012. Calls to Jennifer and Evelyn’s reps were not returned.

Whether you use your card for one purchase a month or 20, you will pay $5 per month starting in 2012. It doesn’t matter if you select “debit” or “credit” at the point of sale.

If you don’t use your card at all, you won’t be assessed a fee, and you can still use ATMs as much as you want without getting hit with the new charge. Plus, customers with certain premium accounts will be exempt from the charge.

Other banks have been flirting with the idea of introducing a fee for debit card usage, but Bank of America is one of the first major institutions to announce that it will make this a reality for active debit card customers.

Bank of America and other debit-card issuers, including J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Wells Fargo & Co. and Regions Financial Corp., are trying to offset an estimated $6.6 billion annual revenue hit stemming from new limits on so-called debit-card swipe fees.

The limits, finalized by the Federal Reserve Board in June, take effect Saturday and will reduce the amount of money merchants pay banks to 24 cents per transaction from a current average of 44 cents. Bank of America has said it expects the caps to erase $2 billion in revenue annually.

“The economics of offering a debit card have changed with recent regulations,” a spokeswoman for Bank of America said in a statement Thursday.

The fee will apply to various consumer checking accounts but will not apply to customers in certain premium accounts, according to a memo sent to the bank’s executives Thursday. Customers will pay the fee during any billing cycle in which they use their debit card to make a purchase.

The move coincides with the implementation of new rules limiting the revenue banks will be able to get from merchants. Beginning this weekend, a cap on the fees banks can charge retailers every time customers swipe their debit cards will take effect.

I bet you can’t name another rapper-turned-actor better than me.” Of course Twitter users had a field day with this one, being that if it had been a real tweet, that would have been QUITE a bold statement on Bow’s behalf. In the RT’s of it that followed, people added any and everyone they thought was a better rapper/actor than him…which equated to pretty much any artist that ever had even a teeny weeny acting part…all to poke more fun at Bow Wow. Naturally, he didn’t find it as funny as everyone else did and contrary to Tyga (whom this happened to as well recently, also courtesy of Ice, but he just laughed it off), Bow threatened to take action.
