There are lots of rumors flying as to why this famous performer is switching professional teams. Contrary to popular belief, it’s not because she is jealous that another performer that the company reps is getting more attention than her. It’s because she and her boss got into a huge fight about her personal life.

You see, her former company did more than make her a professional success. When the performer ran into some serious trouble with an old beau, the company did everything possible to protect her and get her personal and professional life back on track. They exhibited tremendous loyalty to her to the point of alienating others in the industry.

And what does she do to thank them? Make questionable videos and try to get back together with the beau who almost ruined her career. Both of these actions are real slaps in the face to those at the top of their game who worked so hard to build and protect her career.

It’s Rihanna, Jay Z and Beyonce! The “old beau” is Chris Brown.

When Rihanna started making some noise about leaving Jay Z’s RocNation last year, everyone thought that it was because Jay Z was forcing her to take a break so all the focus would be on Beyonce’s baby and Beyonce’s new album. Nope.

It was actually because Rihanna didn’t like Jay Z trying to control her love life.

Jay Z had spent several years taking Rihanna’s career to the next level (you might recall that her first big commercial hit was Umbrella with JayZ). He managed her to stardom, only to watch everything get thrown into turmoil when Chris Brown started beating on her. He helped to get her away from Chris Brown, get her healthy, and get her career back on track again.

Understandably, when Jay Z found out that Rihanna was creeping around with Chris Brown again, he was furious. he asked her to stop, and she refused. Then she threatened to leave. Reports started popping up that she had fired Jay Z. Lots of arguments and threats back and forth. As of today, she’s still at RocNation, but as long as she insists on seeing Chris Brown, this power struggle isn’t over yet.

Brown bought the new home in Hollywood Hills, California recently after moving out of his West Hollywood condo following complaints from neighbors about his entourage and loud lifestyle. Now, his new neighbors are threatening to call the cops if they spot any trouble.

“A few of us are nervous about what is going to happen, given Brown’s track record,” one resident told The Daily. “This is a very peaceful street. We’ve never had any trouble here … we won’t hesitate to call the police if things get out of hand.”

MTV is reporting that Brown’s new crib is just eight miles from where his ex-girlfriend Rihanna lives, but that is only temporary because Riri recently put her eight-bedroom Beverly Crest home on the market for $4.5 million.

Brown’s new three bedroom home is 2500 square feet and features it’s own elevator, as well as a pool and two car garage.

It looks like Chris Brown is still having issues with self-censorship. The R&B singer went on a Twitter tirade earlier this week over people still giving him grief for savagely attacking his ex-girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009. “Don’t say sh*t to anybody and everyone feels its cool to attack me. GROWN ADULTS!!!! That sh*t happened three years ago,” Brown wrote. “I know a lot of you wack @ss (OLD) celebrities probably wanna f*** my ex, but talking sh*t on me wont get you far! and to be REALLY HONEST … ya’ll wonder why n*gga spazzes all the time?” Brown has since deleted the messages from his Twitter timeline, but once you put something on Twitter, it’s there forever.

According to Whoo Kid, the incident, which he didn’t give a specific date for, was covered up by all parties.

“He [Drake] has at least eight songs on the radio that’s killing it,” the DJ said. “Not to mention features and his on singles. And him and Rihanna are supposedly fooling around. I think he got elbowed too by Chris Brown, but that never came out.”

When asked where Drake took the blow, Whoo Kid replied, “In the chin, like the corner left part. Man down, simple as that!”

Rihanna, who has not commented on the alleged fight, admitted she and Drake had a brief relationship in 2010 which was rumoured to be back on in June this year when the pair were spotted ‘all over each other’ in a Montreal restaurant, apparently ‘making out.’

However, last month Drake told MTV News the Bajan sex kitten broke his heart, admitting he “thought there was more” to their relationship than she did.

Around the same time Drake and RiRi were meant to have been spotted in that restaurant, it was revealed she and Chris Brown were back on speaking terms, after Brown accidently made public a message on Twitter asking his ex-girlfriend, “You got that pic I sent you?,” sparking rumours the pair were set for a reunion.

Chris Brown and Bow Wow don’t take their hard-earned money for granted — and to prove just how seriously they take their finances … the rappers dropped $5,000 a pop on MULTIPLE strippers last week.

Bow and Breezy let loose at the King of Diamonds strip club in Miami last Wednesday — the largest strip club on the planet — buying untold bottles of booze for their entourage … and lining the floor with singles.

Sources at the club tell TMZ, at least three dancers walked away with $5,000 in tips … each.

A local celebrity baker topped off the night with a giant 2-story cake for Team Breezy, lined with Swarovski crystals. Chris Brown’s rep confirmed the after party took place at KOD — but didn’t have a further comment. So far, no word back from Bow Wow’s rep.

TMZ has learned … Brown’s watch — a gold Rolex with a white oyster face and diamond-encrusted bezel — came loose at the beginning of his performance … so he took it off and tried to toss it to a safe place … all while dancing his face off.

But Brown missed his target and the watch ended up in the crowd.

After the performance, Brown’s bodyguard went into the audience and asked if anyone had found the watch — not really expecting anyone to come forward … but to his surprise, the watch was in the possession of an HONEST person, who returned it to its rightful owner.

A rep for Brown tells TMZ, “Although Chris did not get to meet the fan, he is very appreciative of the fan’s actions.”
