During a recent interview with Billboard, where he was honored on their “Power 100″ list, Birdman says YMCMB is expanding in different directions in the future.

“We dominate Rap, but we need to dominate R&B. We need to dominate Pop, Gospel, Country—we’re a brand so we should be able to put out all these types of music. We just got to keep grinding.”

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Pilar told officers a woman named Laura arrived to the mansion to see Deion … but Pilar told Laura she was not welcome in the home and asked her to leave.

We’re told Laura refused … and after some words were exchanged, Laura threw an object at Pilar … striking her in the eye.

Pilar grabbed her phone and called 911 … and told police Deion was present during the altercation, but didn’t do ANYTHING to diffuse the situation.

Cops tell TMZ … no arrests were made and the situation is under investigation.

Pilar’s lawyer tells TMZ, “Pilar was taken to the hospital emergency room as a result of the injuries she sustained during the assault.”

The lawyer adds, “This is an opportunity for Deion to use his ‘Century-21 celebrity status’ to set an example as to how to lovingly care for his wife and children during divorce proceedings.”

According to the New York Daily News, Ja was inspired to continue his education after speaking with Dennis Kozlowski, an inmate and former Tyco International CEO who is serving eight to 25 years for using the company’s money as his own.

“I was studying for my GED and Koz came in and talked to me and said, if you need any help, let me know,” Ja Rule told the Daily. “Outside (of prison), you don’t meet guys like this every day. This place is amazing.”

Ja, who is reportedly getting stock tips from Kozlowski, doesn’t intend on stopping at his GED, however – he plans to begin college-level courses later this month.

Pilar has filed an emergency motion in a Texas courtroom … claiming the NFL legend has canceled her credit cards and left her without any financial means to support herself and their children … and she needs the judge to force Deion to give her money so she can survive.

In the docs, Pilar claims, “Since [Deion] filed for divorce on December 21, 2011, he has given [Pilar] $300.00 and offered her money in exchange for sexual favors.”

What are your plans for OVO/XO?
OVO and XO will grow immensely both separately and together this year. The Weeknd is about to hit the road and come perform all that incredible music for his fans. I’m looking forward to piecing something together where we can share a stage and give people the full experience.

What’s next for you, besides the tour?
I have begun working on new music already and I’ll be recording during the whole college tour with 40. Making better music and building myself as a business is all that’s on my mind. Hopefully some acting as well.

Webbie took to his Twitter page to ease his 162,000-plus followers’ concerns last night (January 23).

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, cops rushed to Webbie’s show at Primetime nightclub in Dothan around 3am Sunday — responding to a call of shots fired. When they arrived, they discovered a man lying face down on the pavement outside the club with a gunshot wound to the chest. He died later at the hospital. Webbie — real name Webster Gradney — was taken in for questioning following the incident, and there were Internet reports he was being investigated for murder. Webbie insists that’s not true. Webbie’s manager tells us, the rapper was questioned simply because the shooting occurred at his concert — and police thought he might have some info about what went down.

Howard asked Chelsea about her relationships with men. She said that a lot of men are intimidated by her. Chelsea loves men and being with men. She’s not a cheater either. Chelsea revealed dating 50 Cent. Howard asked how he is. She said, “he’s very sweet and has great energy.” 50 Cent is like a big, black Teddy Bear. She said she always had a thing for black men… it must run in the family because her dad is into black women. Chelsea said, she dated 50 Cent for a few months and then things just fell apart.

Chelsea said 50 Cent wasn’t into smoking pot or doing anything like that — she would smoke pot around him but he didn’t do it. She said 50 had no interest in it.

She said that he was very sweet and she figured he wasn’t carrying a gun… Chelsea said that 50 asked to meet her in Nashville… She met him there and they had sex. She said it was pretty normal stuff. Howard asked if there was anal. She said there was nothing like that going on.

Chelsea told Howard that 50 wanted to go on vacation with her and her family. She said that he was coming to a lot of her shows and stuff. She said this girl Ciara was coming on her show and he called her to tell her some stuff about her. She said something to him about being a street person or a gangster… And she hasn’t spoken to him since. She said that he was so insulted that they never spoke again.
